"Each term is broken down and restructured to create a roadmap or "GPS' to help anyone understand the interconnected roads of Human thought, emotion, choice, intention, and ultimately action..."
(Thoughts) are multifaceted, and so are Feelings and decisions, Rather than being separate entities. Every thought consists of a spark and feeling, and choices are intrinsically linked. They form a sequence numbered 1,2,3 in sequential order.
(Intention) is the space that separates Human thoughts from actions. It houses the sense of self/of the soul: doubts, beliefs, goals, expectations, values, principles, and morals.
(Actions) are not part of the thought process but the execution of made choices by way of action. (Actions are any movement or non-movement by the Human Body to communicate thoughts and intentions out to the world or ourselves.) 3 Conscious actions- Inaction(Red), Delayed Action(Yellow), and Immediate Action(Green). 2 forms of Unconscious action: Reflexes and Reactions (pattern of responses that becomes a reflex).
Thoughts- 3 Phase Process:
1. Spark: The initial cognitive response to stimuli or a memory from past experiences. It's the cosmic spark of thought that begins the thought process. This is step 1
2. Feeling/Emotion: The feeling or emotional response associated with the thought. The thought leads to a feeling. The feeling doesn't happen unless it follows a thought. This is step 2 (feelings/emotions).
3. Choice/Decision: The cognitive conclusion or resolution resulting from the initial thought and subsequent emotion. We finish a complete thought with step 3; we decide or choose. This is not an action but the completion of 1 full thought.
Order is Crucial: This sequence (1,2,3) is imperative for a comprehensive understanding and processing of any stimulus.
Disrupting this sequence can lead to not being in control of our actions. Our actions typically become controlled by our feelings/emotions, which are solely a reaction when we forget everything pattern. We do this enough times that we develop a different pattern of processing our thoughts. We often begin to overreact to everything that happens to and around us.
Measurement Against Expectations: After this trilogy of thought, there's a phase that comes before the Action at (4) Four. This is a period of reflection where the thought is measured against our expectations. This is what I call the point of expectation. We develop expectations due to our patterns of thought over time.
These expectations stem from our belief and doubt spectrum, built from past experiences and the emotions tied to them.
Action (4): Following the evaluation against expectations, an action (or lack of action) is determined. This is the final step, emerging from the culmination of thought, emotion, and choice.

The Role of Pattern Recognition: Recognizing and following this thought pattern systematically ensures conscious, measured reactions to stimuli. However, when this pattern is forgotten or overlooked, we might start processing from step 2 (feeling), which could lead to impulsive or unmeasured reactions.
External Stimuli and Human Senses: Our senses are constantly feeding us information. Recognizing the pattern in which we process this information helps in understanding and controlling our reactions.
TEP(123.4) is a detailed map of human cognition and action.
Recognizing and understanding this pattern could be instrumental in helping individuals become more mindful of their reactions and fostering better decision-making.
I need to emphasize that the role of feelings/emotions in this process highlights the holistic nature of human cognition - we are not purely logical beings; our emotions play a vital role in shaping our decisions and actions.
I’m trying to provide a well-thought-out concept that combines various aspects of human cognition, behavior, and emotion.
Thoughts Reimagined:
" as a 3-step thought process: spark/feeling/choice.
(1) Spark: The initial spark of thought(start of a a thought) from stimuli/memories..
(2)Feeling: The emotional response or sentiment that follows the initial spark...
(3) Choice/Decision: This 3rd and final step of a 'thought'. It's a resolution or determination made mentally.
(.) Intention/Reflection- Traffic Light/Intersection before a choice becomes an Action. It's where the sense of self lives. The point of Intention is where the consciousness/soul holds and develops expectations, predictions, doubts, beliefs, morals, principles, and values not just for and about ourselves for the rest of the world.
(4) Actions- Movement or Communication in response to (123.)
